Job Responsibilities: Appoint and manage Distributors, Super Stockists, and Sales Representatives in the assigned area. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and improve market coverage, outlet productivity, and order frequency. Lead and motivate the sales team for performance, productivity, and discipline. Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and visibility campaigns. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure stock availability, payment collection, and credit control. Conduct regular market visits to build strong trade relationships and ensure execution. --- Key Requirements: Minimum 3–6 years of FMCG or fragrance industry experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role. Proven track record in distributor appointment, territory expansion, and target achievement. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Good understanding of general trade network and market dynamics. Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
