Good understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, and network topology. Preferred candidate profile Basic scripting knowledge (Python, TCL, or Shell) for test automation feasibility. Experience with network simulation tools like GNS3, EVE-NG. Knowledge of Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, VRRP) is a plus. Certification such as CCNA, CCNP is an advantage.
