This role involves applying engineering practice and knowledge in technologies such as Standards and protocols, application software, embedded software for wireless and satellite networks, fixed networks, enterprise networks, connected devices (IoT, device engineering), connected applications (5G/ edge, B2X apps), Telco Cloud, Automation, and Edge Compute platforms. You will be responsible for integrating network systems and operations related to the mentioned technologies. Focus on Connectivity and Network Engineering, develop expertise, share knowledge, give guidance, interpret client needs, work independently or with minimal supervision, identify and solve problems, contribute to teamwork, and engage with customers. Responsibilities: - Design and deploy WiFi networks with access points, controllers, and supporting infrastructure. - Configure and manage LAN/WLAN environments for optimal coverage, performance, and security. - Conduct site surveys, RF planning, and signal strength analysis using industry-standard tools. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in wired and wireless networks. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate WiFi solutions with broader infrastructure and security policies. - Maintain documentation for network configurations, topology, and change management. - Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for wireless communication. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of WiFi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), LAN/WLAN architecture, and network protocols. - Experience with enterprise-grade wireless solutions (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti). - Proficiency in network monitoring tools and WiFi analyzers. - Understanding of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and firewall configurations. - Familiarity with information security practices in wireless environments. Preferred Skills: - Certifications such as CWNA, CCNA Wireless, or Aruba Certified Mobility Associate. - Experience with cloud-managed WiFi solutions and SD-WAN. - Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Bash). - Exposure to IoT device connectivity and smart building technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in IT networking with a focus on wireless technologies. You will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and development of next-gen carrier-grade wireless access points in the role of Wi-Fi Architect for the Wi-Fi engineering group in India. Your primary focus will be on enabling carrier and enterprise customers to meet the increasing demand for high-bandwidth applications and services. To be considered for this position, you should hold a B.Tech/ M.Tech or Ph.D. in Networking or Wireless fields, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in embedded software development. It is essential that you possess a strong knowledge of Wi-Fi AP products and a deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards. Hands-on experience in the architecture, design, and development of advanced Wi-Fi features based on WiFi6/6E/WiFi7 standards is a must. In addition, you should have a good grasp of chip vendor firmware/target SDK and high-level architecture. Experience in architecting and developing modules in an embedded RTOS and/or Linux kernel environment is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual and automated testing of Wi-Fi devices in various environments. - Perform signal strength, throughput, latency, and coverage tests. - Validate firmware updates and new feature rollouts. - Identify and document bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies. - Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Maintain test logs, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Simulate real-world usage scenarios to evaluate product reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: (one line added for Wifi 7 testing if needed we can keep it) - Strong knowledge in Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). - Strong knowledge in Wifi feature Testing - Experience in Performance testing , Stability Testing, IoT Testing in Wifi - Familiarity with networking tools like iPerf, Wireshark, and NetSpot. - Ability to set up and configure routers, extenders, and access points. - Understanding of Issues, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Design and execute test plans for functional, performance, and stress testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs or performance issues. - Basic understanding of Wifi 7 features, MLO , MIMO , Beam Forming. - Ability to analysis the protocols like 802.11 wireshark packets Preferred: - Experience in WiFi QA testing roles. - Basic Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) to understand the error occurs in script or while running the script. - Certifications like CWNA or similar.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. The responsibilities will majorly include : Understanding of WLAN PHY TX and RX design paths, Algorithms that control the various aspects of wireless systems Develop test plan to verify WiFi Standards including 11BE, sequences and design components. Own end to end DV tasks from coding Test bench and test cases, write assertions, running simulations and achieving all coverage goals Explore innovative DV methodologies (formal, simulation and emulation based) to continuously push the quality and efficiency of test benches Successful candidate will be required to collaborate with worldwide design, silicon, and architecture teams to achieve all project goals. Hence, we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills. 3+ years industry experience with below skillset : Strong System Verilog/UVM based verification skills & experience with assertion & coverage-based verification methodology Experience in formal / static verification methodologies will be a plus Good understanding of WiFi Standards is a plus Experience with GLS, and scripting languages such as Perl, Python is a plus Education Requirements BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS Communication Engineering and/or Electronics, VLSI from reputed university preferably with distinction
