Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual and automated testing of Wi-Fi devices in various environments. - Perform signal strength, throughput, latency, and coverage tests. - Validate firmware updates and new feature rollouts. - Identify and document bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies. - Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Maintain test logs, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Simulate real-world usage scenarios to evaluate product reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: (one line added for Wifi 7 testing if needed we can keep it) - Strong knowledge in Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). - Strong knowledge in Wifi feature Testing - Experience in Performance testing , Stability Testing, IoT Testing in Wifi - Familiarity with networking tools like iPerf, Wireshark, and NetSpot. - Ability to set up and configure routers, extenders, and access points. - Understanding of Issues, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Design and execute test plans for functional, performance, and stress testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs or performance issues. - Basic understanding of Wifi 7 features, MLO , MIMO , Beam Forming. - Ability to analysis the protocols like 802.11 wireshark packets Preferred: - Experience in WiFi QA testing roles. - Basic Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) to understand the error occurs in script or while running the script. - Certifications like CWNA or similar.

The responsibilities will majorly include : Understanding of WLAN PHY TX and RX design paths, Algorithms that control the various aspects of wireless systems Develop test plan to verify WiFi Standards including 11BE, sequences and design components. Own end to end DV tasks from coding Test bench and test cases, write assertions, running simulations and achieving all coverage goals Explore innovative DV methodologies (formal, simulation and emulation based) to continuously push the quality and efficiency of test benches Successful candidate will be required to collaborate with worldwide design, silicon, and architecture teams to achieve all project goals. Hence, we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills. 3+ years industry experience with below skillset : Strong System Verilog/UVM based verification skills & experience with assertion & coverage-based verification methodology Experience in formal / static verification methodologies will be a plus Good understanding of WiFi Standards is a plus Experience with GLS, and scripting languages such as Perl, Python is a plus Education Requirements BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS Communication Engineering and/or Electronics, VLSI from reputed university preferably with distinction
