As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development, Widgets, and Plugin Development. You should have a strong understanding of PHP back-end development and be able to optimize web pages for maximum speed and performance. Additionally, you will need a solid grasp of search engine optimization and digital marketing concepts. Your role will also involve working with MySQL Database and utilizing basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, and XML is essential. You will be integrating External REST API and using WordPress REST API, therefore, experience in these areas is preferred. Furthermore, you should be familiar with code versioning tools like Git and be able to plan, control, and take corrective actions on overall development processes. Your development skills should include expertise in WordPress 4.x 5.x Versions, PHP 7.x Versions, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, etc. Specifically, you should have experience in Module/Plugin Development, Custom Content Types, Theme/Design Integrations, Extend with Readymade Plugins, User Management, Multilingual, Publishing Tools, Media Management, Multi-level menu system, Multi-site, Caching, Access statistics logging, Advanced search, RSS feed aggregator, among others. Knowledge of database skills like MySQL and design skills in Adobe Photoshop will also be beneficial for this role. This position is based in Bangalore and the designation is WordPress Developer. The work status is on-site at the office, and the expected notice period ranges from immediate to 15 days.
