Job description for ServiceNow Portal Developer: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement portals on the ServiceNow platform. • Experience in Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets along with required workflows and processes • Experience in Implementing designer-provided user interfaces • Experience in matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal. • Designing, configuring, and customizing new applications and modules. Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of the portals. • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly portals that meet business requirements. • Work with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and develop robust solutions. • Develop custom Mobile Applets along with features like bar code scans, language translation for mobile, etc. • Serve as a ServiceNow technical subject matter expert. • Mentor and train junior developers in the team. • Stay up-to-date with emerging ServiceNow technologies and industry trends. • Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with project team and clients to create and implement solutions. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years in Flutter and Dart . Solid understanding of state management techniques (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX). Experience in building and publishing Flutter apps on Google Play and App Store . Familiarity with RESTful APIs , JSON serialization, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Experience with Flutter animations , custom widgets , and adaptive UI . Strong grasp of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with Git , Agile methodologies, and task management tools like Jira. Familiar with testing (unit, widget, integration) using Flutter test frameworks. Understanding of platform channeling to access native APIs when needed (Kotlin/Swift/Objective-C/Java).
