Assist walk-in students with queries and ensure smooth onboarding. Support marketing activities like webinars, seminars, and education fairs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or tele calling, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi essential; regional languages a plus). Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections or concerns professionally.
