I. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, REST API design, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable architecture solutions, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and the capability to lead through influence.

II. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build architecture solutions for high-scale data processing platforms.
• Define, communicate, and enforce technical standards across the development team.
• Assess existing platform implementations and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical vision and execution steps.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders on process improvements, policy updates, and customer experience enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and provide support for non-production and production issues.
• Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and generate effective solutions.
• Build communication and rapport with partners, stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or DevOps (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Must Have

V. Skill Set Required:

• Core Java (8+)
• Spring Boot
• REST API Development
• DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Automation, etc.)
  

Nice To Have

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Messaging Queues (MQ / Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ)
