As a Real Estate Supervisor/Salesperson at our growing real estate startup, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and engaging with potential buyers in dynamic real estate markets. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to close deals on the ground will be key to your success in this hands-on role. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site visits to properties, meeting clients face-to-face, and guiding them through the property buying process. You will actively generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and on-ground marketing efforts, including attending property expos and events. Meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into buyers will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing detailed property inspections and tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features, advantages, and investment potential. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business will also be a critical part of your role.
