Job Title: Telecaller Job Location: Office-based (Chennai) Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday will be working days ( one weekday off). Probation Period: 3 months (probation clause applicable; no leaves allowed other than sick or emergency leave) Employment Type: Full-time (No remote or hybrid options) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential homebuyers, understanding their requirements and scheduling site visits and support the company's activation processes. This position is office-based and requires effective coordination with company employees, clients, customers and medium owners to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective homebuyers from the provided database. Enquiry: Explain project details and answer the buyer queries. Onboarding: Book appointment for site visits with the sales team. Schedule: Follow up with leads for conformation and rescheduling. Coordination: Facilitate communication between homebuyer to ensure efficient activation. Maintain call records and update lead status regularly. Candidate Requirement: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada or Telugu and Tamil (essential for liaising with homebuyer in key cities). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Experience: Prior experience in real estate telecalling or inside sales will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes preferred. Must be comfortable working on weekends. Coordination Skills: Ability to manage coordination between multiple parties for smooth operation.
