Provide detailed reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns. Analyze data and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (KPI) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). 5. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for media-related queries with clients. Provide regular updates and communicate results effectively to clients. Advise clients on the best media strategies for their objectives, keeping them updated on new trends and technologies. 6. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure media plans align with overall campaign goals. Provide media-related guidance and support to junior media staff and assist with training. 7. Budget Management : Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring effective allocation across different platforms and media types. Monitor and control costs throughout the campaign, ensuring media buys stay within budget. 8. Market Research : Conduct market research to understand target demographics, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Stay updated on new media technologies and industry shifts to incorporate into campaigns. Skills & Qualifications : Required : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an advertising agency environment. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of all media platforms (TV, digital, print, out-of-home, etc.) and how to use them effectively for brand messaging.
