Role Description – Strategize and Execute Online Display, Social Media Campaigns to drive Traffic, Online reputation management. Client/Customer response and resolution management on the online channels. Forge Strategic. Campaign/Consumer Analytics, Insights, and Optimizations. Real time tracking. Responding to client queries and complaints. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have apassion for content fast thinking. Create content on a variety of complaints, queries or request. Understand the client and its customer and draft a response accordingly. Maintaining Daily Reports. Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA. Critical skills required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 2 to 3 years (only) of experience in a digital media agency Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail. Strong research skills. The ability to collect and analyze data volumes to derive the right insights. Good knowledge about Social Media Platforms Highly creative and imaginative Confident, self-motivated and believe in collaborative approach. Self-disciplined and believe in team spirit. Pleasant in communication and presentation. Good in human relations. Have an interest in new media trends and techniques.
