We seeking a sales-driven and energetic Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Kondapur or Gachibowli branch. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meeting targets, converting leads, managing customer relationships, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer acquisition, order conversions, telecalling, and overall store performance, ensuring both revenue and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Acquisition: Generate new business through walk-ins, calls, and local outreach. Convert leads and inquiries into paying customers. Promote and upsell laundry, dry-cleaning, and premium services. Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Telecalling & Lead Management: Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up with potential customers. Explain services, offers, and address queries to drive conversions. Maintain a database of leads, calls, and sales follow-ups. Customer Experience & Feedback: Provide excellent service to all walk-in and phone customers. Take feedback post-delivery and resolve any customer concerns promptly. Maintain a positive and professional store environment. Order & Delivery Coordination: Manage order processing, tagging, and accurate billing. Schedule timely pickups and deliveries in coordination with the delivery team. Track daily order status and ensure smooth operations. Sales Targets: Minimum 100+ New Customer Orders per Month Daily Call Target: 40–50 calls Daily Sales Target: ₹12,000 Monthly Sales Target: ₹4,00,000 Daily Conversion Target: 5–7 confirmed orders Monthly incentives will be provided for meeting/exceeding targets Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in retail, store management, telecalling, or sales roles Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Confidence in handling objections and closing deals Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/order entry systems) Self-motivated, organized, and sales-focused
