We at White Placard Systems looking for an Account Manager (25 yrs exp) to manage accounting, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll using Zoho Books. Commerce degree and tax compliance knowledge required. 1. Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all HR activities. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Manage HR systems (HRMS/attendance software) and ensure accurate data. 2. Policy Formulation & Implementation Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure policies comply with statutory requirements and align with company objectives. Communicate policies effectively to employees and management. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and working hours. Manage leave records, approvals, and holiday calendars. Generate attendance and leave reports for payroll processing. 4. Payroll & Compensation Management Oversee end-to-end payroll processing (salaries, incentives, reimbursements). Ensure accuracy in salary structure, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Handle full & final settlement for exiting employees. 5. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Foster employee engagement through activities, recognition, and feedback mechanisms. Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. 6. Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements. Maintain proper HR audit reports and liaise with external authorities when required. Keep updated with amendments in HR and labor regulations. 7. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage hiring processes for all levels in coordination with department heads. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee onboarding formalities. Ensure smooth induction of new employees. 8. Strategic HR & Workforce Management Plan manpower requirements and optimize workforce allocation. Provide HR insights and reports to management for decision-making. Implement performance appraisal systems and career progression initiatives.
