The one who acts as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service experience. This role supports the client servicing team in managing client relationships, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and timely execution of deliverables. Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships by addressing client needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Prepare client reports, status updates, presentations, and meeting agendas as required. Support project timelines, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met. Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients, taking minutes and ensuring actionable points are tracked and executed. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project details, and approvals in internal systems. Collaborate with creative, marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and delivered upon. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and account reviews for both new and existing clients. Stay up-to-date with client industries, competitors, and market trends to contribute strategic insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or project management (agency or client-side preferred). Knowledge of Event and Music Industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Positive attitude, team player, and a customer-first mindset.
