Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and leading client presentations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. Qualifications Sales and Business Development experience in Event Management, hotel sales, Media companies including developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent client relationship management and networking skills Strong market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the events and entertainment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
