Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Outreach Reach out to prospective clients via WhatsApp (manual & automated tools), calls, and emails. Handle inbound leads and maintain timely follow-ups. Prepare and send customized proposals, brochures, and product details. Database Management Maintain and regularly update a clean and organized client database (CRM/Excel/Google Sheets). Track communication history, client preferences, and gifting cycles. Campaigns & Marketing Plan and execute marketing campaigns for festive seasons and product launches. Coordinate with internal teams for WhatsApp blasts, newsletters, and promotional messages. Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and gifting previews. Social Media & Content Support content ideation for LinkedIn and Instagram. Coordinate with designers and content teams to create engaging posts and stories. Monitor trends and suggest relevant content strategies. Product Knowledge & Branding Understand the product catalog and present solutions tailored to client needs. Contribute to building the brand voice and ensuring a consistent experience across platforms. Required Skills Proficient in WhatsApp Business & automation tools Strong calling and email communication skills Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM usage Creative thinking and attention to detail Basic knowledge of social media & content planning Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field Prior experience in marketing, corporate gifting, or B2B business development is a plus
