Our menu is a celebration of handcrafted vegetarian indulgence featuring gourmet Pancakes, Smoothies, Slushies, Coffee, Burgers, and more. At Whiskoria, every bite is a step deeper into the woods - wholesome, earthy, and unforgettable. As a Marketing & Hospitality Coordinator at Whiskoria, you’ll serve as the link between our brand and our customers—both digitally and at the café. This role combines hands-on hospitality with creative marketing execution. You’ll support our day-to-day operations, help drive customer engagement, and coordinate marketing campaigns and in-store events that bring our brand to life. Responsibilities Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with daily cafe operations and customer service 2. Helping create and post content on social media (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes) 3. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service 4. Supporting the team in brand collaborations and local business outreach 5. Learning and operating hospitality software and POS tools 6. Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and in-house events 7. Coordinating with vendors, influencers, and local partners 8. Being a part of brainstorming for menu promotions and creative campaigns Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Marketing Mass Communication Hospitality Management Business Administration or related fields Skills: Strong communication skills (spoken and written) Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram Basic design skills (Canva preferred) Comfortable with coordination, scheduling, and vendor follow-ups Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Bonus: Experience in event management, café/hospitality work, or student club leadership
