About Whiskey Library: Whiskey Library is a dynamic e-commerce platform dedicated to premium whiskey experiences. We’re seeking a proactive designer who can own end-to-end flows and help evolve our design system. Role Overview: As an UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead user research initiatives, build and maintain our Figma component library, and collaborate closely to ensure pixel-perfect handoffs. You’ll run informal usability tests, iterate on high-fidelity prototypes, and optimize critical flows (collection → product detail → cart → checkout). Key Responsibilities: Lead detailed user research (personas, journey maps) for whiskey enthusiasts., Create and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes in Figma; maintain a reusable component library., Run informal usability tests, gather feedback, and refine user flows (product detail, cart)., Document and evolve our design system; produce clear specs for developers., Collaborate proactively with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and accessibility., Qualifications: 2–3 years of professional UI/UX experience (ideally e-commerce or consumer tech)., Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping)., Proven track record of owning end-to-end page flows., Experience running informal usability tests and incorporating user feedback., Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (dev, product, marketing)., Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
