Position & Logistics: Role: Sales & Marketing Intern (On-site, Paid) Location: Gurugram Type : Full-time Internship | On-site | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week Role Summary: The Sales & Marketing Intern will support on-ground sales and customer engagement at our gym location, assist with daily operations and activations, collect customer feedback, and help shape local communication and engagement initiatives to increase adoption and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary on-ground representative for Whetra during shift hours; proactively engage gym members and give product demos Support daily sales activities and customer service needs around the machine Capture and document customer feedback, usage patterns, and suggestions for the founding team Assist with small activations, in-gym promotions, and social content capture (short videos/photos) Help maintain the machine area and ensure smooth operational handoffs Participate in training sessions and briefings; help onboard future interns/volunteers when needed Qualifications & Skills: Strong verbal communication and customer-service orientation Basic sales aptitude or previous experience in retail/customer-facing roles preferred Comfortable presenting product benefits and handling quick demos Able to work independently and as part of a small team Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of the shift and engaging with a high volume of people Immediate joiner preferred How to Apply: Apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply.
