🔹 Summary of the Role We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & Investor Partner to join our global startup portfolio. Over the past few years, we have developed 13+ incubator-approved projects across Canada, USA, Australia, Europe, and other countries. These projects span multiple industries, including SaaS, Automotive, Finance, Recycling, and Technology — many of which are eligible under international Startup & Entrepreneur Visa programs . As a Co-Founder & Investor Partner, you will not just join an idea, but an already validated portfolio with structured business models and global expansion opportunities. Success in this role means combining your expertise + investment commitment with our innovation pipeline to scale these projects into profitable international businesses. 🔹 Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and decision-making as a co-founder across one or more ventures in our portfolio. Bring in financial investment and take an equity stake in the venture(s). Collaborate with the founding team on business strategy, go-to-market plans, and global expansion. Support fundraising efforts, networking with investors, and building long-term partnerships. Guide operational teams (tech, marketing, sales, or domain-specific functions) depending on your background. Represent the company with professionalism in incubator programs, investor meetings, and international markets. 🔹 Qualifications Proven background in business, entrepreneurship, technology, finance, or related fields. Strong interest in building scalable businesses with international potential. Ability and readiness to make a financial investment into the venture as an equity partner. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Experience in startup growth, scaling, or investments (preferred but not mandatory).
