A WhatsApp Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns on the WhatsApp platform to drive engagement, leads, and sales. They manage customer communication, create and share promotional content, and analyze campaign performance. Key responsibilities include using WhatsApp Business tools, CRM integration, and understanding data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and optimizing WhatsApp campaigns. Content Creation: Developing engaging promotional content, offers, and updates. Customer Communication: Managing customer interactions, providing timely responses and follow-ups. Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
