Sales Responsibilities : Respond to product inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and email. Help customers select the right art style, size, and framing options. Convert leads into paying customers through consultative selling. Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and payment links. Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or Google Sheets. Customer Support Responsibilities : Assist customers with order updates, artwork previews, and shipping queries. Coordinate between customers and artists/designers for feedback and approvals. Handle escalations, refunds, and returns gracefully and professionally. Follow up post-delivery for reviews, referrals, and repeat business. We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to help customers with their orders, drive conversions, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
