Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and engage with customers via WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all WhatsApp communications. Data Management: Segment and manage client databases to personalize communication and track campaign performance. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, replies) and identify areas for improvement. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest WhatsApp marketing trends, best practices, and features. Compliance: Ensure all WhatsApp marketing activities adhere to data privacy policies and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on WhatsApp marketing or customer engagement. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
