Overview 📍 Location - Remote 🗓️ Engagement - Full-time ⏱️ Commitment - 40 hours/week (5 days/week) We at What if Design are looking for a Content-led Growth Marketer to join our team. As a Content-led Growth Marketer, You’ll own content, lead generation, and positioning to bring in high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be obsessed with writing effective and approachable content in the intersection of Climate X Design X Innovation. You’ll work directly with our founders and play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and close new business. If you love experimenting, optimizing, and driving growth with content, this is for you. Success in this role means creating compelling content that converts, leveraging AI to scale marketing efforts, and identifying trends before they take off. This is a high agency and ownership role with a massive opportunity for growth and can evolve into a leadership role based on performance.
