Job Summary

WFX ERP Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the
WFX ERP system
across departments, including Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
Coordinate with department heads to understand business requirements and align them with WFX functionalities.
Lead and support
WFX ERP implementation, upgrades, and module enhancements
.
Configure workflows, forms, reports, and user access control within WFX.
Provide
technical support and training
to users and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure smooth integration of WFX with other systems (HRMS, Accounting, BI tools, etc.) where applicable.
Generate
MIS reports
and dashboards using WFX for management review.
Liaise with the WFX vendor support team for advanced troubleshooting and customization requirements.
Monitor data consistency, backup, and security protocols within WFX ERP.
Document SOPs, training manuals, and functional specifications for ongoing and new processes.

Key Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in
WFX ERP
(Merchandising, PLM, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.)
Good understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle
Workflow configuration and user role management
Data analytics and reporting through WFX
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic knowledge of SQL / database concepts (preferred)
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or any reporting tools (preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
WFX certification (if available) would be an added advantage
Prior experience in the
textile/apparel/garment
industry is highly preferred
