Responsibilities:

• Create, validate, and manage workforce forecasts across multiple channels.
• Apply statistical models and forecasting methodologies (data science knowledge is an added advantage).
• Analyze historical trends, call volumes, and seasonality to predict workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and capacity teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 511 years of proven experience in

  WFM Forecasting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with

  forecasting tools

  and WFM systems (e.g., Aspect, Verint, NICE, Genesys).
• Data science / advanced analytics knowledge (optional).
