Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into computer systems or databases.
Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Organize and manage files and documents as per company guidelines.
Collaborate with team members remotely to meet daily/weekly targets.
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Adhere to deadlines and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in data entry or related administrative work.
Familiarity with data management software or CRM tools.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
