Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Listen to and evaluate AI-generated customer calls for clarity, accuracy, flow, tone, and resolution. Ensure all conversations align with client expectations, business logic, and internal standards. Test and review web-based workflows, interfaces, and conversational triggers. Track conversions to verify whether AI interactions lead to intended outcomes (e.g., payment, action, or successful resolution). Identify and log errors, miscommunications, or awkward responses in AI flows. Maintain organized QA logs, audit sheets, and structured client-ready reports. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI training teams to suggest improvements. Ensure timely QA delivery in line with client-set deadlines and volume targets.
