Wet Utility Designer-Waste Water

Dear Candidate, Greetings for the day! We have an opening for the Water & Environmental Engineer And Draftsperson (Water) role in our office located in Pune/Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform design and analyses calculations for wet utilities like potable water, sewer, stormwater, and highway drainage. - Develop general arrangements, layouts, plans, and profiles. - Research and propose design options and documents. - Prepare engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, specifications, and designs. - Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers and junior Engineers. - Engage confidently with clients through meetings and presentations. Education and Professional Skills: - Bachelors in Civil Engineering and/or Masters in Water Resources Engineering/Environmental/Hydraulics Engineering. - 5-15 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure engineering design, focusing on water, wastewater, and storm drainage networks. - Proficiency in modelling tools such as SewerGems, WaterGems, HEC-HMS, HEC RAS, Infoworks ICM, WS Pro, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc. - Experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment. - Strong report writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively. - Excellent presentation skills, initiative, motivation, and a team player mindset. - Previous international work experience, particularly in Africa and the Middle East, would be advantageous.
