Candidates should have a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Knowledge of QA documentation, ICH guidelines , and teamwork abilities is essential. The candidate will also participate in PT/ILC programs and support continuous improvement initiatives . Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining laboratory quality and efficiency.
