Job Role / Responsibilities: Tally ERP Software Management Daily entries of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals in Tally ERP. Creating and maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and inventory entries. Managing GST settings and features in Tally. Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and accounts. Preparing day-to-day cash flow and expense reports. Taxation & Compliance Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Calculating and managing TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations. Supporting audits by maintaining all relevant records and ledgers. Billing & Invoicing Generating sales and purchase invoices in Tally. Ensuring proper tax calculations in invoices (GST/TDS where applicable). Inventory Management (if applicable) Monitoring stock levels and updating entries accordingly. Assisting in stock audits and valuation in Tally. MIS Reporting Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for management (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.). Creating customized reports as needed. Audit Support Assisting internal/external auditors with required documents. Ensuring accounting data is audit-ready.
