The Recruitment Manager (South Asia) is responsible for student recruitment management in South Asia, contributing to the University’s international student recruitment targets. Recruitment Strategy and Planning In collaboration with the South Asia recruitment team, develop and implement country specific recruitment plans to meet annual recruitment target. Provide market intelligence to inform the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and activities in the region. Work collaboratively with Schools and support academic trips to the region. Undertake conversion activities and campaigns Travel according to recruitment plans to promote the University’s programs. Identify and analyse emerging trends, opportunities and competitor strategies Operations Work closely with Admissions team to support agent applications. Liaise with Compliance team to ensure recruitment of genuine students and management of the University’s visa risk. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure support for recruitment activity Organise and manage recruitment events to promote Western Sydney to our stakeholders. Support Executive, ADI, other academic and Student Ambassador recruitment and partnership missions Relationship Management Contribute to the development of productive working relationships between the South Asia team and International Admissions, Schools, Associate Deans International, Institutes and other areas of Western Sydney University and WSUIC to deliver South Asia plans and recruitment targets. Provide application support and liaison between admissions and the agent network Liaise with the broader South Asia team to contribute to marketing and communications activities to drive recruitment and promote the Western Sydney University brand Conduct regular product and GTE compliance training to the agent network Build recruitment by organising and participating in agent events and activities Contribute the development of productive South Asia team relationships and build a proactive, problem-solving, sales culture Identify and recommend new articulation partners to the Recruitment and Partnership Manager (South Asia) Reporting Provide regular reports on recruitment, market intelligence and competitor activity to the Recruitment and Operations Senior Manager (South Asia) and the Senior International Regional Director and Sr. Regional Manager (South Asia, Middle East, and Africa).
