This is a full-time onsite role based in Indore at WeStack AI, a leading company in Generative AI, RAG, and LLMs. We specialize in providing end-to-end product development services and excel in Generative AI, RAG & LLMs, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Product Design, and DevOps & Cloud Services. As a Back-End Developer at WeStack AI, you will be responsible for tasks related to Back-End Web Development, Software Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and general programming. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of experience and possess strong programming skills in Python/Golang, and Node.js. Additionally, proficiency in building and managing APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services, is required. You should also have experience with relational or non-relational databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, as well as familiarity with RAG workflows and working with LLMs. A basic understanding of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus is preferred. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
