West Benal / International Patient Co-Ordinator

• Patient Navigation:Guiding patients and their families through the entire healthcare journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
• Logistics Management:Arranging appointments, coordinating travel and accommodation, and helping with visa and immigration processes.
• Communication Hub:Serving as the main point of contact between patients, their families, sponsoring agents (like embassies or insurance companies), and internal hospital staff.
• Documentation and Payments:Assisting with paperwork, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring all necessary financial and medical documentation is in place.
• Cultural and Language Support:Acting as a liaison to overcome language and cultural differences, ensuring patients feel comfortable and understood.
• Care Coordination:Working with healthcare teams to ensure care plans are followed, especially in cases where care needs to align with specific Letters of Guarantee from sponsors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
