Werum Pas X developer

As a Werum PAS-X developer, you will be responsible for designing and creating complex Master Batch Records (MBR) for Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing, and Packaging processes. You will analyze site-specific requirements for each process and convert them into Batch Records. Additionally, you will validate the created MBRs for site deployment. Your experience should include Werum PAS-X System Administration, GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data. You will also be involved in designing and developing State Diagrams in MES and determining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams, and Equipment management. Knowledge of SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, and report development is required. Familiarity with ISA95/S88 standards and practical application in design, as well as Pharma manufacturing, is essential. Your roles and responsibilities will include Werum PAS-X Service Delivery, acting as an Offshore Lead, and Client Liaison. You should possess IT skills such as knowledge of SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, and user management and system profile creations. Generic Managerial Skills are also important, with proven experience in MES implementation and support within the life sciences industry. You should have a deep understanding of MES functionalities and industry best practices, along with knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP) and compliance requirements. Experience in IT service management frameworks (ITIL) is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills, leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills are crucial. You should be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary for this role.,
