You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to be hungry to learn and get things done.

You’ll Fit In If You:

• Like figuring out how Google works
• Can learn fast and solve problems without waiting for help
• Communicate clearly and ask smart questions
• Enjoy working on websites, content, or anything technical
• Have built something yourself, even a small blog or side project

Helpful (but not required):

• Basic SEO knowledge (on-page/off-page)
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs or Search Console
• Know a bit about domains, WordPress, or hosting
• You’ve managed tasks or a small team before
