You will play a key role in helping patients smile with confidence while growing in a team that truly values healing beyond procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental consultations and basic to advanced dental procedures as per experience level
• Diagnose and treat dental issues including restorations, extractions, cleanings, and RCTs (for senior dentists)
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment documentation is up-to-date
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with support staff and senior clinicians to ensure smooth clinical operations
• Uphold ethical, safe, and patient-first care standards
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Contribute positively to clinic culture, especially in language and communication with patients

Qualifications:

For Junior Dentist (BDS):

• BDS degree with 02 years of clinical experience
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute
• Must be comfortable communicating in English and Basic Hindi
• Preferred or willingness to learn

  basic Kannada

For Senior Dentist (BDS):

• BDS with minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Must have solid experience performing Root Canal Treatments (RCT)
• Strong patient communication skills
• Leadership attitude to guide juniors when required

Language Requirements:

• English & Basic Hindi
