Position: Junior & Senior Dentist (BDS) Location: Bangalore Dental Tribe Branch 1 (Channasandra) & Branch 2 (Banashankari 5th Stage) Type: Full-Time | Clinical Role Dental Tribe is hiring dynamic and compassionate Junior and Senior Dentists (BDS) to be part of our purpose-driven dental practice in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals who are not only clinically competent but also passionate about building trust and lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities: Perform dental consultations and basic to advanced dental procedures as per experience level Diagnose and treat dental issues including restorations, extractions, cleanings, and RCTs (for senior dentists) Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment documentation is up-to-date Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-treatment care Collaborate with support staff and senior clinicians to ensure smooth clinical operations Uphold ethical, safe, and patient-first care standards Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Contribute positively to clinic culture, especially in language and communication with patients ???? Qualifications: For Junior Dentist (BDS): BDS degree with 02 years of clinical experience Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute Must be comfortable communicating in English and Basic Hindi Preferred or willingness to learn basic Kannada ? For Senior Dentist (BDS): BDS with minimum 2 years clinical experience Must have solid experience performing Root Canal Treatments (RCT) Strong patient communication skills Leadership attitude to guide juniors when required ????
