Stakeholder Onboarding Specialist
You will be responsible for onboarding various stakeholders for the production process, including communities, corporates, startups, training institutes, and academies, with a focus on co-creation, co-curation, and co-delivery. This involves engaging and onboarding producers such as authors, educators, and mentors to ensure their effective integration into the platform. You will utilize the system to complete the onboarding process and manage stakeholder information. Additionally, you will work with Local-Center level/ B-HUB level production/ onboarding specialists to onboard any walk-in stakeholders through the system. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and success from a supply perspective. This includes conducting roadshows, camps, and seminars as part of the onboarding process to engage and recruit new stakeholders. You will implement structured campaigns to onboard educators through companies, communities, organizations, and startups. Collaboration with the Marketing team will be essential to execute campaigns aimed at generating supply from tech professionals, retired scientists, and other target groups. You will reach out to interest groups, including communities, corporates, startups, and training institutes, to contribute valuable content. Implementing referral programs through existing users and organizing webinars to nurture leads and drive closure will also be part of your responsibilities. Recognition programs and awards based on leaderboards will be developed and executed to incentivize participation. You will provide regular updates and performance dashboards to the Production Manager, highlighting progress and key metrics. Taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure timely and successful outcomes aligned with business plans will be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in stakeholder management, onboarding, or a related role. Community management skills, proven ability in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in using onboarding and CRM systems are required. Experience in organizing events such as roadshows and seminars, as well as knowledge of structured campaign strategies and referral programs, would be advantageous.
