Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Skill Project Manager to lead and manage skill development training projects across India, with a primary focus on implementation in Odisha . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the skilling ecosystem and a proven track record of handling end-to-end project implementation. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage skill development training projects under PMKVY, DDUGKY, PLTP, and CSR schemes. Lead the end-to-end execution of projects including centre setup , mobilization , training delivery , assessment , and certification . Establish and maintain liaison with government departments , training partners , funding agencies , and industry stakeholders . Coordinate with assessment agencies , ensure compliance, and manage timely assessment and certification processes. Monitor and ensure proper documentation and reporting as per scheme guidelines. Use and manage Skill Development ERPs such as CRM , SIDH , and other tools for project monitoring and reporting. Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic progress reports. Handle field visits across project locations for monitoring and evaluation. Required Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing skill development projects under PMKVY, DDUGKY, PLTP, CSR , etc. Strong project implementation experience , especially in Odisha . Hands-on experience in: Centre setup and mobilization strategies Government and partner liaisoning Assessment coordination Documentation & compliance Proficient in using CRM, SIDH , and other Skill Development ERP platforms . Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel across project sites as needed. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with NGOs, training partners, or government agencies in the skill development domain. Fluency in English , Hindi , and Odia (preferred).
