Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the President at Welltech Infotech Pvt. Ltd. - India, located in Ranchi. The President will oversee all operational aspects of the company, including strategy development, execution of company policies, and ensuring financial stability. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the executive team, making major corporate decisions, managing the company's overall resources and operations, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations. Additionally, the President will need to ensure the company's workforce adheres to established standards and procedures, and drive growth and business development. Qualifications Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills Financial Management, Budgeting, and Revenue Forecasting abilities Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Operational Management and Knowledge of Industry Regulations Decision-Making and Problem-Solving skills Experience in leading and managing executive teams Proven track record of successfully developing and leading business initiatives Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
