Wellness Sales & Engagement Manager

One Health Assist is a tech-driven health and wellness ecosystem that offers digital health records, teleconsultations, lab tests, wellness programs, and curated health products. The company's primary goal is to empower communities through accessible and impactful wellness initiatives, both digitally and through on-the-ground efforts. We are currently seeking an energetic and outgoing Wellness Activity Specialist to play a key role in promoting our wellness programs. In this position, you will engage with the public, establish retail partnerships, and conduct community outreach activities. As the face of One Health Assist in the field, you will focus on encouraging healthy lifestyles, increasing program enrollments, and ensuring successful event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize excellent communication skills to deliver engaging talks and distribute wellness materials - Conduct in-person outreach and sales activities to drive participant sign-ups and provide education - Assist in the organization and execution of wellness activities such as health camps and fitness events Requirements: - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in sales, health awareness campaigns, or community outreach is preferred - Energetic, approachable, and highly goal-driven - Willingness to work in a field-based role, including travel to various locations - Passion for wellness, fitness, or public health is a plus This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a performance bonus.
