Wellness Coach

Role Overview: As a Wellness Coach: Nutritionist, your primary role will involve conducting wellness coaching sessions for corporate clients through face-to-face and telephonic consultations. It is essential to build a strong rapport with clients and be responsive to their queries and concerns during business hours, via email, chat, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the program structure and planning sessions accordingly. - Assisting clients in completing the Health Risk Assessment and interpreting the results to brief them effectively. - Identifying areas for improvement, assessing clients" readiness to change, and setting wellness goals accordingly. - Conducting follow-up sessions, tracking clients" progress, addressing queries, and providing solutions. - Maintaining session summary notes, comprehensive trackers, and preparing basic reports for analytical purposes. - Collaborating with team members and referring clients to other experts as needed. - Driving wellness challenges among clients and providing innovative solutions to enhance the program. - Researching health information, curating relevant content, and delivering health talks/webinars. Qualifications Required: - Post-graduate degree in Diet and Nutrition. - Mandatory relevant clinical experience. - Preferred work experience in a similar role within the corporate industry. - Strong understanding of Wellness Coaching concepts. - Proficiency in communication, documentation, presentation, and basic computer skills. - Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate self-discipline.,
