Demonstrate a knowledge of industry practices, standards and knowledge of direct competitors and customers Preferred candidate profile More than 8 years of experience in oil and gas industry specifically in surface/subsea equipment design • Should have conducted/participated in at least 1 validation testing of API 6A / 17D • Should have sound knowledge in product design calculations and design acceptance criteria • General knowledge of Oil and Gas production, hydrocarbon processing and oil/water separation. • PC Skills and working knowledge of engineering software packages such as CAD packages, MathCAD. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Degreed Mechanical Engineer with at least 8-years of Engineering experience in the Surface wellhead systems, reduced to 6-years for Masters/PhD candidates. Demonstrated experience in supporting engineering for surface projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Experience in reviewing & approving engineering designs, documents, layouts, calculations, and interpreting FEA/ structural analysis results. Strong knowledge of engineering discipline and physical modeling techniques (solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer) is required. Experience conducting design analysis - hoop stress, flexibility, buckling, burst, fatigue, etc. Work experience must include experience with API 6A, NACE MR 0175. Good to have knowledge for ASME, API 6FA, API 5CT, ASME 31.3 as it relates to surface equipment design and manufacturing. Exposure to various manufacturing processes - forging, hot and cold extrusion, cladding, HIP, induction bending etc. Exposure to welding codes and practices - ASME IX and API 1104. Exposure to NDE codes and practices - UT, PAUT, PT, RT, MPI per ASME V ed or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of experience in the field Strong technical skills in engineering Strong project management skills Good presentation and coaching skills Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications Excellent command of English

Job Requirements 1. Chemical engineer with experience of working for Exploration and Production (E&P) assets. He / She must has worked with process of UPSTREAM facilities. 2. Expert shall be competent to perform /guide the team of Senior/Junior process engineers to perform System level studies. . 4. Expert shall guide Engineers on Process Simulations, calculations and develop Heat & Mass Balance as required. 5. Expertise in developing and reviewing process documents like PFDs, PSFDs, P&IDs, C&EDs, Safe charts. 6. Proven skills in routine process calculations [Blowdown/Depressurization(MDMT) studies, Heat dissipation study, Thermal design of Heat exchanger, Compressor/Pipeline surge analysis, Line & Equipment sizing] o As part of revamp studies : to predict performances of existing equipment expected to operate in different conditions (including risk analysis of vibration) o As part of troubleshooting studies : to compare actual performances vs. theoretical ones 7. Endorsement of Equipment Datasheets and Instrument process datasheet for Control valves, Flow elements and Pressure Safety Valves 8. Validate process design summary and description 9. Working knowledge of PI modules viz. PI Process book, PI Vision, PI data extraction is preferred. 10. Expert shall be competent to provide recommendations on GHG reduction. The individuals shall operate with minimal supervision and will be an extension of Customer CFR program. 11. Expertise in HAZOP & HAZID studies 12. Expert will assist the team for all technical exchanges and ensure technical Interface seamlessly. Work Experience 1. Study P&ID, Data sheets of the asset 2. Collect Energy, Flaring and Venting Data from PI Server, Fix data issues, Analyze values and create mapping reports 3. Conduct System Studies and identify GHG reduction opportunities and provide recommendations 4. Support PQLA leader for Asset Workshops 5. Establish GHG saving evaluations Soft Skills / Personality Traits 1.
