Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and attentive Patient Care Assistant to support healthcare professionals in delivering the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be responsible for providing basic support to patients, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility). Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Help transport patients within the facility for tests, treatment, or discharge. Maintain patient hygiene and comfort. Report any changes in patients' health or behavior to the nurse or physician. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of patient areas and medical equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications:Minimum 10th/12th pass; diploma or certification in nursing or patient care preferred. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit to handle long hours and patient mobility tasks. Compassionate, patient, and emotionally strong. Working Conditions:Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hospital/Clinic environment with physical activity and exposure to patients.

We are searching for a skilled and responsible home care nurse to join our team. In this role you will spend most of your team treating patients in their homes. This means that you will need to be capable of providing high-quality healthcare services in non-hospital settings. As you work, you may be asked to check patients’ vital signs, monitor their progress, administer prescription medications, provide wound care, check for bed sores, and complete related tasks. You will also need to report your findings to your supervising physician and collectively determine whether adjustments need to be made to the patient’s care plan. To do well in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with your patients. You will also need to have the ability to provide high-quality healthcare with minimal supervision.
