Additionally, you will coordinate daily morning meetings, anticipate operational changes, revise plans accordingly, evaluate results against goals and performance targets, and conduct engineering studies to address recurring problems. Furthermore, you will prepare equipment lists, identify long lead items, and require a Bachelor's degree in STEM, with a preference for Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, along with 6+ years of experience in well services.
