This is a full-time, voice-based position focused on cold calling and lead generation for Australian business clients. Highly preferred candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling will be considered. Key Responsibilities: 📞 Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments 🗣 Engage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about Solar Rebates given by Australian government 📝 Maintain accurate call records and lead tracking 🎯 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently 🤝 Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on campaign goals Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 6 months experience in Australian B2C/B2B voice process/ Freshers are also eligible with good communication skills * Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills *Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting * Ability to work in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zones Compensation and Benefits: 💰 Salary: Fixed from 15k to 35k Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure 🚕 One-way cab (within hiring zone) Contact number- 99530 63597
