Strong knowledge of ASME codes, GTAW/SMAW/CO2/GAS/ARC/TIG/MIG/SAW welding techniques. Proficiency in WPS development, testing & validation; familiarity with robotic welding systems an added advantage.

Shall have basic knowledge of all weld process Shall have hands on experience in using and complying to international welding codes and standards like AWS, ASME, EN etc. Ability to read, understand, analyze and interpret drawings, manuals, SOP, MOS and other material to determine finish product. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions using problem solving tools like 5WHY Analysis, fish bone diagram, PDCA etc. Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization. Shall have experience in X Ray quality TIG welding with >96% yield.
