Welding Quality

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of Body Accuracy & White Body, as well as the inspection of Sheet metal Parts including Press & Weld processes. Your experience in BIW production processes will be utilized for active participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis, and countermeasure implementation. Additionally, you will be involved in Closure Accuracy Maturation and Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Body Accuracy & White Body - Inspect Sheet metal Parts (Press & Weld processes) - Participate in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation - Analyze defects and implement countermeasures - Ensure Closure Accuracy Maturation and Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation Qualifications Required: - Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process - Familiarity with FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning, and various Alignment methods used for inspection - Understanding of Closure Quality Maturation process - Experience in handling assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body - Proficiency in Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar, etc. In addition to the technical/functional responsibilities, you will be involved in Quality Maturation Plan/Process, which includes activities at various stages of development such as Production Proto and Mass Production Proto. You will also be responsible for implementing corrective & preventive countermeasures for defects and management.,
