To excel in this role, you should have experience in Robotic Welding and Welding tasks, along with proficiency in Machine Operation and Equipment Maintenance. Strong skills in Quality Control, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is important.
